How to Take Performance Lab SPORT T-Booster
The instructions state you should take 1-2 capsules with the first meal of the day or just before the first workout of the day, which ever is first (I can’t workout in the morning on a full stomach so before the morning workout wins every time). You should then take 1-2 capsules before your second meal of the day or after your workout. Confused? If you workout before eating then take the first set then, and the second set with your second meal, otherwise if you eat first take the first set then and take the second after your workout. Simple.
The manufacturer also recommends that you cycle Performance Lab SPORT T-Booster, so take it for 4 weeks then stop for 2 weeks then start again for another 4 weeks and so on.
